By accessing or using BOMO, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information through it.
2. Eligibility
You may use BOMO only if you are legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction and can enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for complying with local laws and restrictions that apply to you.
3. Early access and waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, timing, eligibility, allocation, rewards, or the availability of any future feature. We may invite users in stages, change launch plans, limit capacity, or discontinue pre-release functionality at any time.
4. Product information
Materials shown on the website may describe planned or experimental functionality. Product interfaces, features, networks, supported assets, fees, and availability may change before or after release. Nothing on this site is a promise that a particular feature will launch.
5. No financial advice
Content available through BOMO is provided for general informational and product purposes. It is not investment, financial, legal, tax, or trading advice. Digital assets are volatile and can lose value. You are solely responsible for your decisions and should evaluate the risks before transacting.
6. Wallets, networks and third-party services
Future versions of BOMO may interact with wallets, blockchains, exchanges, data providers, websites, or other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. BOMO is not responsible for third-party systems, outages, transactions, smart contracts, network conditions, or content.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse BOMO, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, scrape or automate access in a way that harms the service, impersonate others, violate applicable law, or use the product to facilitate fraud or abusive activity.
8. Intellectual property
The BOMO name, interface, original graphics, software, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, marks, protocols, and services referenced on the site remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Availability and disclaimers
BOMO is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Pre-release software may contain errors, interruptions, incomplete features, or security risks. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, compatibility, or fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BOMO and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or trading-related losses arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including losses relating to digital assets, wallets, third-party services, or network activity.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms as BOMO develops. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
