When you join the waitlist, we may collect the email address you provide. We may also receive basic technical information generated when you visit the website, such as browser type, device type, approximate region, referring page, and usage events, if analytics or hosting services are enabled.

We may use information to operate the website, manage the waitlist, send launch or access communications, improve the product, protect against abuse, understand aggregate usage, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Waitlist data
The current demo version of the waitlist may store signup state locally in your browser until a production backend or mailing provider is connected. Once production collection is enabled, the live form may transmit your email to the service provider used to manage access and communications.
4. Cookies and local storage
BOMO may use browser storage, cookies, or similar technologies for essential site functionality, preferences, security, analytics, and waitlist state. You can control or delete browser storage through your browser settings, although doing so may affect site functionality.
5. Service providers
We may use third-party providers for hosting, analytics, email delivery, security, infrastructure, or future product functionality. These providers may process information on our behalf under their own contractual and legal obligations.
6. Blockchain information
If future BOMO features connect to public blockchains, wallet addresses and transaction activity may be publicly visible by design. Public blockchain records generally cannot be altered or deleted by BOMO.

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers where necessary to operate BOMO, in connection with a business reorganization, or when required to comply with applicable law, protect users, or defend legal rights.

You may choose not to join the waitlist. Where applicable, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection regarding personal information, subject to legal exceptions and verification requirements.
11. International use
BOMO may be accessed from multiple jurisdictions, and service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards may be used for cross-border processing.
